i replaced the cam seals and crank seals, the old ones were not leaking, but were hard as a rock, i can't imagine them not leaking for much longer. as for getting them out (a pain) used a bent pick which i poked through (carefully) and used to pry out. make sure to lube the surface and the seal itself, i found an old wooden dowl and used in conjunction with the old seal to get it seated. take your time and make sure it is fully centered and in all the way. and don't worry too much about it, it's not that hard, just take your time and make sure you use the right tools, i got lucky with my crank sprocket too, slid right off, hope you have the same luck apparentally some peoples don't. also, i opted away from the UR race pulley, maybe just cause im old fashioned, but dampers help me feel safer :P
